The scientific community has only recently turned its attention to NMN and, as such, there is insufficient data from human clinical trials to be able to determine its optimal dosage. As a proxy measure, we used the recommended daily dosage of Vitamin B3, as put forth by major world health organisation. The rationale is that Vitamin B3 is the core structure (what do you mean by core structure? do you mean that NMN is a derivative of B3?) of NMN. Through the conversion and calculation of molecular weight, the amount of NMN was thus determined for RESVO.
NMN on its own, however, only increases NAD+ and not SIRT. Without SIRT, the conversion of NMN to NAD+ is not nearly as efficacious. This is where Resveratrol comes in.
